Sheep’s milk feta, creamy and crumbly, marinating in extra virgin olive oil. Our most simple yet most popular flavour is infused with orange peel (blood oranges when in season!) and Yorkshire‐grown rosemary! We add black peppercorns for a bit of subtle heat. This flavour is wonderful on a charcuterie board, great with roast potatoes and of course fresh bread. Try baking it in a danish or scone!
